The latest from Pioneer4You has arrived: The IPV6X. Boasting an extremely compact design, this lightweight powerful mod supports 200 watts out of the box, but can reach 215 watts through a firmware upgrade. Inside is the newest YiHi SX330-F6 chipset that allows wattage output range to be set from 10 watts to 215 watts. Of course it also has temperature control functionality, with joule output range from 10 joules to 100 joules, or 125 joules if using titanium wire. The powerful device can read an atomizer as low as 0.05 ohm in temperature control mode, with the temperature control ranging from 212 degrees Fahrenheit to 575 degrees Fahrenheit. In power mode, it can read as low as 0.15 ohm, ensuring that you can use virtually any atomizer you want to install.
Like the IPV400, Pioneer4You has moved towards a stylish, smaller design. Still, the IPV6X supports two 18650 batteries (sold separately) to ensure an all-day vaping experience. On the outside is a soft, curvy contour so it feels great in your hands with a visually striking finish highlighted by the three buttons. There is an intuitive OLED display that shows users wattage, voltage, battery life and atomizer resistance while the magnetic battery door cover at the bottom makes swapping batteries easy. Up top is a center spring-loaded 510 connection with stainless steel thread points.
The front face of the device houses the OLED display and the power up and power down buttons, while the fire button is conveniently located on the side, opposite the micro-USB port. The center location for the 510 is also great for those using larger 25 mm tanks.
In temperature control mode, the IPV6X is compatible with nickel Ni200, titanium and stainless steel coils and it also supports SX Pure Heating Elements, as low as 0.04 ohm resistance. There is also a Temperature Control of Resistance (TCR) setting for ultimate versatility in this compact mod. Output voltage range on the device is 1.0 A to 45 A while input current range is 1.3 A to 45 A.
The IPV6X is quite different than the IPV5, which some considered to be too big. Instead, the IPV6X measures just 88 mm by 42 mm by 28 mm and is constructed from zinc alloy, allowing it to weigh just 150 grams.
Safety features on the IPV6X include low voltage protection, low resistance protection, high input voltage warning, short-circuit operation and reverse battery protection. Included in each IPV6X package is one IPV6X box mod, one micro-USB charger and one IPV6X instruction manual.
It appears that Pioneer4You will continue designing more compact mods in the future and it’s quite impressive how such a small device can pack up to 215 watts of power. Best of all, it has all the versatility of temperature control and if you have a Pioneer4You Pure X2 tank, you can take advantage of the SX Pure Heating Elements feature. Of course there are plenty of other tanks that are compatible with the mod, like the Smok TFV8 or if you like building your own coils, check out the Griffin 25 RTA. Designed for beginners and advanced users, the Pioneer4You IPV6X is one of the best mods available today!
